Prior Indentures definition

Prior Indentures means collectively the trust indentures between the Authority and the Prior Trustees with respect to the Prior Bonds
Prior Indentures means the 9 1/2% Debentures Indenture, the Medium-Term Notes Indenture, the Fixed Rate Senior Note Indenture and the Floating Rate Senior Note Indenture.
Prior Indentures means the Indenture of Trust, dated as of June 1, 1974 between the Port and the Series 1974A Trustee (the "Series 1974A Indenture"), and the Trust Indenture, dated as of April 1, 1977 between the Issuer and the Series 1977 Trustee (the "Series 1977 Indenture").

Prior Indentures means, collectively the 1993B Indenture and the 2000D Indenture.
Prior Indentures means collectively the 2003A Indenture and the 2003B Indenture.
Prior Indentures means the Indenture of Trust between the Issuer and First Trust National Association, now known as U.S. Bank National Association, dated as of January 1, 1996; and the Indenture of Trust between the Issuer and Wxxxx Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, dated as of February 1, 2002, relating to the Prior Bonds.
