Prior Mortgage Loan definition

Prior Mortgage Loan means that certain mortgage loan in the original principal amount of Sixty Five Million and No/100 Dollars ($65,000,000.00) made by Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp., a New York corporation, to MW Tower, LLC, as assigned to and assumed by Borrower pursuant to that certain Loan Assumption and Modification Agreement dated as of November 7, 2013.
Prior Mortgage Loan means, with respect to any New Mortgage Loan, the related Mortgage Loan in the Portfolio which the Subservicer refinanced hereunder to originate such New Mortgage Loan.
Prior Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning provided in Recital B.
