Prior Plans definition

Prior Plans means, collectively, the Company’s 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended, 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan. Awards granted under the Prior Plans continue to be governed under the terms of those Prior Plans.
Prior Plans means the Company’s 1995 Stock Option, Deferred Stock and Restricted Stock Plan, as amended, and the Company’s 2001 Stock Option, Deferred Stock and Restricted Stock Plan, as amended.
Prior Plans means the 1994 Plan and all of the Corporation’s other directorscompensation plans, programs, or arrangements which provided for a deferred cash or stock account.

Examples of Prior Plans in a sentence

  • Following the Effective Date, no additional stock awards shall be granted under the Prior Plans.

  • As of the Plan’s effective date under Section 10.3, the Company will cease granting awards under the Prior Plans; however, Prior Plan Awards will remain subject to the terms of the applicable Prior Plan.
