Predecessor Plans definition

Predecessor Plans means the Synaptics Incorporated Amended and Restated 2010 Incentive Compensation Plan and the Synaptics Incorporated Amended and Restated 2001 Incentive Compensation Plan, as amended.
Predecessor Plans means (a) the 1988 Heska Corporation Stock Plan and (b) the Heska Corporation 1994 Key Executive Stock Plan.
Predecessor Plans means the Marriott International, Inc. 1993 Comprehensive Stock Incentive Plan, the Marriott International, Inc. 1996 Comprehensive Stock Incentive Plan and the Marriott International, Inc. 1995 Non-Employee Directors’ Deferred Stock Compensation Plan.

Examples of Predecessor Plans in a sentence

  • No grants will be made on or after the Effective Date under the Predecessor Plans, provided that outstanding awards granted under the Predecessor Plans will continue unaffected following the Effective Date.

  • For clarification purposes, the terms and conditions of this Plan shall not apply to or otherwise impact previously granted and outstanding awards under the Predecessor Plans, as applicable.
