Prior Series definition

Prior Series. Has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
Prior Series means, for purposes of this Appendix A and as of any particular date of calculation, the then- Outstanding 2008 Bonds and 2010 Bonds.
Prior Series has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • There was created a Series of Notes issued pursuant to the Base Indenture and the Prior Series 2009-1 Supplement and such Series of Notes was designated as Series 2009-1 Rental Car Asset Backed Notes.

  • If the Company has not issued and sold the Remaining New Securities within such period, then after such period Company shall not issue or sell any Remaining New Securities without again complying with the provisions of Section 5.6 of the Dell SPA, Section 5A.3 of the Prior Series F Agreement and this Section 5A.3.
