Prior Services means any early services in respect of the subject matter of this Agreement performed by the Contractor before the Commencement Date and includes any services described as “Prior Services” in Item 3 of the Service Agreement Service Details.

More Definitions of Prior Services

Prior Services means all services as an employee rendered prior to the date [; and] for which credit as provided in section 5 of this Act.
