Prior to enforcement definition

Prior to enforcement of the Current Issuer Security, the Current Issuer Reserve Fund shall only be applied on any Payment Date to increase that portion of Funding Available Revenue Receipts which are allocated to the Current Issuer to make payments of interest and fees due under the Current Issuer Intercompany Loan.
Prior to enforcement means, with respect to any Event of Default which has been cured in full, that such Event of Default has been cured in full prior to the earliest of (a) any acceleration of the Obligations; (b) any termination of the Commitments; (c) the commencement of any enforcement action or exercise of any rights or remedies by the Agent or the Lenders hereunder or under any other Credit Document; or (d) the incurrence or imposition of any loss by, or detriment to, the Agent or the Lenders as a result of such Event of Default, other than any loss or detriment with respect to which the Agent or the Lenders, as applicable, has been made whole.

Examples of Prior to enforcement in a sentence

  • Prior to enforcement action being taken in the other agency's jurisdiction, the officer shall notify that jurisdiction's Communications Center of the situation unless immediate action is necessary.

  • Prior to enforcement of this clause, Buyer will supply Breeder with all clinical information requested.

  • Each certificate representing the TCOM Shares will have a legend thereon incorporating language as follows: "The shares represented by this certificate have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Act").
