Prior Transferor definition

Prior Transferor means, the FDIC in its capacity as receiver for the Prior Failed Bank; provided, however, that, from and after the acquisition of the assets of such receivership by the FDIC in its corporate capacity, “Prior Transferor” will refer to the FDIC in its corporate capacity as successor to such receivership.
Prior Transferor means, with respect to a Financed Student Loan, any Person that at any time owned such Financed Student Loan prior to the transfer thereof to the Funding Note Issuer.

  • Transferor Any Person who is disposing by Transfer of any Ownership Interest in a Certificate.

  • Servicing Transfer Any transfer of the servicing by a Prior Servicer of Mortgage Loans to the Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Servicing Rights Pledgee One or more lenders, selected by the Servicer, to which the Servicer may pledge and assign all of its right, title and interest in, to and under this Agreement.

  • Issuer SUBI Certificate Transfer Agreement means that certain issuer SUBI certificate transfer agreement, dated as of March 20, 2019, between the Transferor and the Issuer, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
