Priority Groups definition

Priority Groups means people who are under 19 and over 45; girls and women; residents of the Rayners Lane Estate; black and ethnic minorities; registered disabled people and other specified target groups agreed by both parties from time to time The Council and the Organisation ("the Parties") hereby agree as follows:
Priority Groups means those groups identified by the Parties as being under represented for the particular activity engaged in Review Committee means representatives of each of the Parties to this Agreement or their nominees School Core Times means 8am to 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays during term time as defined in Schedule 2 to this Agreement School Premises means the land and buildings comprising Glossopdale School

Examples of Priority Groups in a sentence

  • Thereafter the Employment Office will secure employees from the dispatch facilities comprising the 'C', then the 'D' Priority Groups; and, finally, from the employees qualifying for dispatch in the 'E' Priority Group.

  • Thereafter, in order to meet an Employer's call within the forty-eight (48) hour period contained in Section 13 above, the responsible dispatching official shall first attempt to satisfy the Employer's call from the 'B' List, and upon exhaustion of same, by call to the Dispatch Offices of the UA Local Unions whose 'A' Lists comprise the 'C' and 'D' Priority Groups in that order.

  • No 'A' List employee shall be laid off or otherwise terminated from employment until all employees from the 'B' List and 'C', 'D' and 'E' Priority Groups employed by the Individual Employer have been terminated.

  • Union shall maintain a register of applicants for employment by classification and, where applicable, by specialty, based on the Priority Groups listed below.


More Definitions of Priority Groups

Priority Groups means those children who are defined in AWPS’ agreement with C&K, being those groups which the relevant Queensland Department advise are in a priority group which presently includes children who have an Indigenous background, a disability, a culturally/linguistically diverse background, and / or a child who is at risk of entering the child safety system.
Priority Groups means populations that are greatest at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS and STIs, namely, inter alia, sex workers, transport workers, armed forces personnel, out-of-school youth, and migrant workers;

  • Priority 2 Individuals who are: Age 60 and over in need of the following medically related trips: • Need for life sustaining medical care such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation treatment • Multi-system failure or conditions requiring immediate medical supervision/care, e.g. diabetes, heart disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) • Surgery or non-elective (immediate need) procedure

  • Priority 1 is defined in Appendix A, Section 3.4.

  • Priority Claims means, collectively, Priority Tax Claims and Other Priority Claims.

  • Claimholders means the First Lien Claimholders and/or the Second Lien Claimholders, as the context may require.

  • First Lien Claimholders means, at any relevant time, the holders of First Lien Obligations at that time, including the First Lien Lenders and the agents under the First Lien Loan Documents.
