Private Drainage Works definition
Private Drainage Works means the pipe and other works for the disposal of Drainage extending from the building or structure on the property to the Drainage Service Connection;
Private Drainage Works means a drainage system constructed of tile, pipe or tubing of any material beneath the surface of agricultural, residential, commercial or industrial land including integral inlets and outlets for the purpose of improving the productivity or development of the land drained.
