Private Facilities definition

Private Facilities means sidings, loading and unloading facilities and any other facilities of any kind which are required by the Operator to operate the Train Services and which do not form part of the Nominated Network;
Private Facilities means those providers that contract directly with the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority to provide Outpatient Behavioral Health Services.
Private Facilities means those providers that contract directly with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to provide Outpatient Behavioral Health Services.

More Definitions of Private Facilities

Private Facilities mean the 24 beds licenced to the Royal Rehab Private Hospital (Licence No. PH0030021 under the NSW Private Health Facilities Act 2007).
Private Facilities means the Residential Building with associated private amenities, and the Parking Garage, subject to Easements, as further described and depicted in the Plans and Specifications.
Private Facilities means any pipelines and related facilities which are owned and operated by a property owner, and which connect to District facilities.
Private Facilities means Section 1.39(k) through (o), inclusive, as further described and depicted in the Conceptual Site Plan.
Private Facilities shall have the same meaning as described in the Comprehensive Agreement.
Private Facilities means those systems or facilities connected or proposed to be connected to the City of Mills water distribution or sewage collection system or facilities which are not owned or controlled by the City and are generally outside of public streets, roadways, alleys and easements.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • private land means any land that has been or may hereafter be alienated from the Crown for any estate of freehold, or is or may hereafter be the subject of any conditional purchase agreement, or of any lease or concession with or without a right of acquiring the fee simple thereof (not being a pastoral lease within the meaning of the Land Administration Act 1997 or a lease or concession otherwise granted by or on behalf of the Crown for grazing purposes only or for timber purposes or a lease of Crown land for the use and benefit of the Aboriginal inhabitants) but —

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.

  • Tanning facility means any premises, building, or part of a building that contains one or more rooms or booths with any of the following:

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
