Private Label Accounts definition

Private Label Accounts means the (i) Accounts linked to Private Label Credit Cards and (ii) Accounts linked to Co-Branded Credit Cards solely for the purpose of financing the purchase of FDS Goods and Services (and all fees and charges relating thereto) through any FDS Channel (except any such FDS Channel that has not provided for cross-acceptance of such Credit Card from another FDS Channel, the marks of which are linked to such Co-Branded Credit Card).
Private Label Accounts means the Accounts linked to Private Label Credit Cards and usable solely for the purpose of financing the purchase of Goods and Services (and all fees and charges relating thereto) through any Company Channel.
Private Label Accounts means the (i) Accounts linked to Private Label Credit Cards and (ii) Accounts linked to Co-Branded Credit Cards solely for the purpose of financing the purchase of Macy’s Goods and Services (and all fees and charges relating thereto) through any Macy’s Channel (except any such Macy’s Channel that has not provided for cross‑acceptance of such Credit Card from another Macy’s Channel the marks of which are linked to such Co-Branded Credit Card).

Private Label Accounts means (i) the Accounts linked to Private Label Credit Cards and (ii) Accounts linked to Dual-Line Credit Cards solely for the purpose of financing the purchase of NMG Goods and Services (and all fees and charges relating thereto) through any NMG Channel.
Private Label Accounts or “Accounts”) and will accept private label credit cards and general purpose credit cards issued under the Program (“Private Label Cards” and “General Purpose Cards”, respectively, and together, “Program Cards”), all in accordance with the terms set forth below, including mandatory arbitration of disputes between us, instead of class actions or jury trials. For clarity, this Agreement shall not supersede any other type agreement between Bank and P rofessional, including any agreement through which Bank provides network-branded bankcard processing to Professional.
Private Label Accounts means those certain Accounts existing as of August 30, 1999 and arising out of Borrower's sales of Inventory to customers pursuant to Borrower's existing private label credit card arrangements, together with those of Borrower's Books and any General Intangibles related to such Accounts all as more completely described on Schedule P-2.
