Initial Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Exchange Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(iii).
PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s September 26, 2019, letter to Xxxxxx Staffing Solution, LLC, among others, and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).
Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.
Email Notice means notice of the proposed Settlement to be provided to Settlement Class Members substantially in the form attached hereto as “Exhibit A”.
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Shareholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 3.11f.
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.

CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Due notice means notice published at least twice, with an interval of at least six days between the two publication dates, in a newspaper or other publication of general circulation within the appropriate area; or, if no such publication of general circulation be available, by posting at a reasonable number of conspicuous places within the appropriate area, such posting to include, where possible, posting at public places where it may be customary to post notices concerning county or municipal affairs generally. At any hearing held pursuant to such notice, at the time and place designated in such notice, adjournment may be made from time to time without the necessity of renewing such notice for such adjourned dates.
Adequate notice means written advance notice of at least 48 hours, giving the time, date, location and, to the extent known, the agenda of any regular, special or rescheduled meeting, which notice shall accurately state whether formal action may or may not be taken and which shall be (1) prominently posted in at least one public place reserved for such or similar announcements, (2) mailed, telephoned, telegrammed, or hand delivered to at least two newspapers which newspapers shall be designated by the public body to receive such notices because they have the greatest likelihood of informing the public within the area of jurisdiction of the public body of such meetings, one of which shall be the official newspaper, where any such has been designated by the public body or if the public body has failed to so designate, where any has been designated by the governing body of the political subdivision whose geographic boundaries are coextensive with that of the public body and (3) filed with the clerk of the municipality when the public body's geographic boundaries are coextensive with that of a single municipality, with the clerk of the county when the public body's geographic boundaries are coextensive with that of a single county, and with the Secretary of State if the public body has Statewide jurisdiction. Offering Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Change Notice is defined in Section 3.5(a) of this Agreement.
Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.

Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.
Special Notice As defined in Section 5.07(b).
FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
Second Notice means notice to the Class in a form to be approved by the Court, which shall substantially be in accordance with the notice at Schedule “E”.
Notice of Election to Purchase has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(b).
General Notice means any notice given in accordance with this Agreement other than a Transfer Notice;

Approval Notice means, with respect to any Eligible Loan Asset, the written notice, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, evidencing the approval by the Agent, in its sole discretion, of the conveyance of such Eligible Loan Asset by the Transferor to the Equityholder pursuant to the terms of the First Tier Purchase and Sale Agreement and by the Equityholder to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Second Tier Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Assignments by which the Transferor effects such conveyance.
