Private Placement Facilities definition

Private Placement Facilities means any of the existing private placement facilities maintained by the Co-Borrowers as of the Closing Date with (a) Prudential Capital Group / Prudential Investment Management, Inc., (b) Principal Global Investors LLC, (c) New York Life Insurance Company, and (d) Aviva Investors North America, Inc., as any of said private placement facilities may be from time to time amended, modified, extended, renewed, replaced, substituted, and/or supplemented.
Private Placement Facilities means the £375 million term loan available in fourtranches pursuant to the Private Placement Agreement;
Private Placement Facilities means any of the existing private placement facilities maintained by the Company as of August 30, 2010, as such facilities may be amended, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.
