Private Service Pipe definition

Private Service Pipe means the privately-owned underground pipe connecting a service pipe at or near the property line to the drainage and sanitary sewage system of a premises.
Private Service Pipe means the pipe and appurtenant fittings intended to distribute water within the premises and connected to the service pipe;
Private Service Pipe means the water pipe and appurtenant fittings intended to distribute water within a parcel of real property and connected or capable of being connected to the Service Pipe.

  • No person shall connect a Plumbing Fixture to a Private Service Pipe on a parcel other than the parcel on which the plumbing fixture is located, unless the Plumbing Fixture is in an air space parcel or a strata lot.

  • Only emergency service calls will be carried out after normal working hours, to shut off a Private Service Pipe that is leaking and causing or threatening to cause damage to the property.

  • No person shall cause or permit the Connection of a Private Service Pipe to aService Pipe until authorized by the Engineer.
