Private System definition

Private System means the pipes, fittings, valves and appurtenances that convey Potable Water supplied from a Service Connection to fixtures within a building.
Private System means privately-owned pipes, fittings, valves, appurtenances, water supply outlets, fixtures, appliances, devices and any other plumbing that is supplied with water from the land of any Owner whether or not within a building but for certainty does not include the Waterworks;
Private System means the pipes, fittings, valves and appurtenances that collect and convey Wastewater from fixtures within a building to a Service Connection or a private Wastewater collection and disposal system.

  • In the event that an extreme unforeseen circumstance requires extraordinary repair and reconstruction measures unique to the Regulated Private System.
