Private Vehicle Removal. As defined in Section 7.1(b)(i).

  • Private Hire Vehicle means a licensed vehicle constructed or adapted to seat fewer than nine passengers, other than a hackney carriage or public service vehicle, which is provided for hire with the services of a driver for the purpose of carrying passengers

  • Recreational Vehicle (RV means a vehicle, which is:

  • Vehicle owner means the registered owner or

  • Police vehicle means a vehicle being used for police purposes or operating under the instructions of a Chief Officer of Police for Nottinghamshire Police Authority.

  • Personal vehicle means a vehicle that is:

  • Tank vehicle means any commercial motor vehicle that is designed to transport any liquid or

  • the vehicle means the vehicle that is specified on the licence granted under section 48 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Shared vehicle owner means the registered owner, or a

  • Eligible Vehicle means a motor vehicle that:

  • Public Vehicle means a Person whose securities are listed and traded on a national securities exchange and shall include a majority owned subsidiary of any such Person or any operating partnership through which such Person conducts all or substantially all of its business.

  • Medium-duty vehicle means 2004 through 2006 model year heavy-duty low-emission vehicle, ultra-low-emission vehicle, super-ultra-low-emission vehicle or zero-emission vehicle certified to the standards in title 13, CCR, section 1960.1(h)(2) having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 14,000 pounds or less; and any 2004 and subsequent model heavy-duty low-emission, ultra-low-emission, super-ultra-low-emission or zero-emission vehicle certified to the standards in title 13, CCR section 1956.8(h), having a manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating between 8,501 and 14,000 pounds.

  • Utility vehicle means a motor vehicle that is (i) designed for off-road use, (ii) powered by an

  • Salvage vehicle means any vehicle which is within the last ten (10) model years and which has been damaged by collision or other occurrence to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle for safe operation on the highway exceeds sixty percent (60%) of its fair market value, as defined by Section 1111 of this title, immediately prior to the damage. For purposes of this section, actual repair costs shall only include labor and parts for actual damage to the suspension, motor, transmission, frame or unibody and designated structural components;

  • Toy vehicle means any motorized or propellant-driven device that has no manufacturer-issued

  • public service vehicle means any motor vehicle used or adapted to be used for the carriage of passengers for hire or reward, and includes a maxi cab, a motorcar, contract carriage and stage carriage.

  • Junk vehicle means a vehicle of any age that is damaged or defective in any one or combination of any of the following ways that either makes the vehicle immediately inoperable, or would prohibit the vehicle from being operated in a reasonably safe manner upon the public streets and highways under its own power if self-propelled, or while being towed or pushed, if not self-propelled:

  • goods vehicle means a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description or a trailer so constructed or adapted;

  • Light vehicle means a motor vehicle commonly referred to as an automobile, van, sport utility

  • Livery vehicle means a motor vehicle that:

  • Custom vehicle means a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle that:

  • Rebuilt vehicle means any salvage vehicle which has been rebuilt and inspected for the purpose of registration and title;

  • Shared vehicle driver means an individual who has been authorized to drive

  • School vehicle means any school bus, school van, other school vehicle and private vehicle used to transport students or staff members to and from school or any school-sponsored activity or event.

  • Physical Collocation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.1.

  • Unmanned aerial vehicle ("UAV") (9) means any aircraft capable of initiating flight and sustaining controlled flight and navigation without any human presence on board.
