Private Waterworks definition

Private Waterworks means, in whole or in part, any pipe, fixture, valve, or other works contained within the limits of a parcel of land or private right-of- way, crossing, or encroachment, purposed for providing water to or within a property or premises but excluding any owned water infrastructure owned by the Municipality.
Private Waterworks means a water supply system connected to the Waterworks that is owned by a strata corporation, the land owner or that is otherwise not owned by CRD.
Private Waterworks means any pipe fittings, valves, appurtenances, water supply outlets and any other plumbing devices that is intended to receive water from a Water Service Connection and deliver or distribute the water to and on the land of any Owner whether or not within a building but does not include a Water Service Connection;
