Privately Placed Units definition

Privately Placed Units means any Common Units issued for cash or property other than pursuant to a public offering.
Privately Placed Units means the Units issued pursuant to the Unit Purchase Agreement.
Privately Placed Units means any Partnership Interests issued for cash or property other than pursuant to a public offering.
