The Borrower and Holdings will not make any Capital Expenditures except (a) Permitted Acquisitions and (b) other Capital Expenditures made by the Borrower or a Borrower Subsidiary in an amount which, in the aggregate for all such other Capital Expenditures made by the Borrower and Borrower Subsidiaries, do not in any period of four fiscal quarters ending on the last day of any fiscal quarter, commencing March 31, 2000, exceed 4% of Pro Forma Revenues for such four-quarter period.
