Pro Forma Revenues definition

Pro Forma Revenues means, for any period, total revenues of Holdco and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period determined on a consolidated basis, plus the amount by which such total revenues would have been increased for such period if each Permitted Acquisition that was consummated in such period had been consummated on the first day thereof.
Pro Forma Revenues means the projected revenues provided by Borrower to Lender dated as of May 24, 2017.
