Pro Supp Filing Date definition
Pro Supp Filing Date means March 21, 2011; provided, however, that if the preliminary prospectus supplement in connection with the Equity Issuance has not been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or before March 21, 2011 as a result of a material market disruption in the U.S. equities markets, then the Pro Supp Filing Date will be extended until March 24, 2011.
