Probity Investigation definition

Probity Investigation means any probity or criminal investigations to report on the character, integrity or honesty of a person or Entity, including:
Probity Investigation means all investigations reasonably necessary to assess the character, honesty and integrity of persons or entities for the purpose of ensuring that such person or entity is fit and proper for involvement in relation to, arising out of or in connection with the Services and includes such investigations as are required by law or by the Client (in its absolute discretion) from time to time.
Probity Investigation means such probity and criminal investigations to report on the character, honesty and integrity of persons or standards of conduct of corporations or other entities as are required by Law or by the State from time to time, to ensure that a person or entity is fit and proper for its proposed or continued involvement in the DBFM Project.

Examples of Probity Investigation in a sentence

  • The Contractor will pay to the Crown all expenses reasonably incurred by the Crown in carrying out any Probity Investigation under clause 21.5 if the results of that Probity Investigation reveal that a person involved or proposed to be involved in the Project may not be a fit and proper person to be involved in the Project.

  • The Crown will advise the Contractor in writing of those persons on whom the Crown requires a Probity Investigation.

  • If, following a Probity Investigation or otherwise, the RTA has reasonable grounds for believing that a member of the Concessionaire's Personnel is not a fit and proper person to be involved in the SNP Business, including performing any part of the Concessionaire Services, the RTA may give notice to the Concessionaire requiring the Concessionaire to remove the relevant person from any involvement in the SNP Business.
