Procedures Manual definition

Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

Procedures Manual. A separate document, not part of this Service Agreement, which provides detailed procedures and guidance for the administration of the Service Agreement. In case of conflict between the Procedures Manual and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will prevail.

More Definitions of Procedures Manual

Procedures Manual means the manual adopted by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.01 (d) of this Agreement containing, inter alia, work plans, training plans and procedures to be used for the purpose of implementation of the Project, and such term includes any schedules to the Procedures Manual;
