Procedures Manual definition

Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 8.3.

Procedures Manual means a detailed procedures manual prepared by the Parties for implementing the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Procedures Manual. A separate document, not part of this Service Agreement, which provides detailed procedures and guidance for the administration of the Service Agreement. In case of conflict between the Procedures Manual and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will prevail.

More Definitions of Procedures Manual

Procedures Manual has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19(c).

Procedures Manual means that certain Procedures Manual, as contained on the Identified USB Flash Drive delivered by the Insurer to the Company on the Signing Date or as promptly as practical thereafter, as the same may be updated in accordance with the terms hereof.
