CERC Manual definition

CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Project Operations Manual.

CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, adopted by the Recipient under the Original Project, setting forth detailed implementation arrangements for the CERC Part, including:

Related to CERC Manual

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Electronic Programme Guide or “EPG” means a program guide maintained by the IPTV Operator that lists television channels and programmes, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced guide that allows subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programmes.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.
