Procedures Order definition

Procedures Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court, as requested by the Seller, and reasonably acceptable to Purchaser, that, among other things, establishes a date by which Competing Offers must be submitted by bidders and establishes procedures for the auction process.
Procedures Order means the Order Authorizing and Approving Procedures for Rejection and Assumption of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases entered by the Court on January 28, 2021 [Docket No. 50].
Procedures Order shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8.6(a) hereof.
