Bidding Procedures definition

Bidding Procedures means the procedures governing the Auction and sale of all or substantially all of the Debtors’ assets, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with their terms.
Bidding Procedures means the portion of the Bid Opportunity by that name which sets out the terms and conditions governing the Bid, and a reference to a section, clause or subclause with the prefix “B” designates a section, clause or subclause in that portion of the Bid Opportunity;
Bidding Procedures means bidding procedures approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Bidding Procedures Order.
