Proceedings Satisfactory definition

Proceedings Satisfactory. All proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents incident thereto, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Purchaser and its counsel, and Purchaser and such counsel shall have received copies of all such documents (executed or certified, as may be appropriate) as Purchaser and such counsel may reasonably request in connection with said transactions.

  • Environmental Proceedings means any judicial or administrative proceedings arising from or in any way associated with any Environmental Requirement.
