Proceeds Deficiency definition

Proceeds Deficiency has the meaning provided in the definition of "Allocated Loan Amount".
Proceeds Deficiency. As defined in Section 7.04(b)(vi) xxxxxx.Xxx Worth: As defined in Section 11.01 hereof.
Proceeds Deficiency means the difference, as determined by the Lender in its sole but reasonable discretion, between the insurance proceeds and condemnation proceeds available to restore the Property and the projected cost to restore the Property.
