Process Agent Appointment definition

Process Agent Appointment has the meaning given to it in Section 3.1(a)(xv).
Process Agent Appointment means an agreement between the Borrower and the Agent for Service of Process in respect of the appointment of that process agent by the Borrower and the Guarantor.
Process Agent Appointment means an appointment and acceptance of process agent pursuant to which the Borrower appoints Corporation Service Company as agent for service of process in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents.

  • Authorized agency means any duly constituted criminal investigative department or agency of the United States or of this State; the Department of Insurance; the Department of Revenue; the Department of Public Safety; the Workers' Compensation Commission; the State Accident Fund; the Second Injury Fund; the Employment Security Commission; the Department of Consumer Affairs; the Human Affairs Commission; the Department of Health and Environmental Control; the Department of Social Services; the Department of Health and Human Services; the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation; all other state boards, commissions, and agencies; the Office of the Attorney General of South Carolina; or the prosecuting attorney of any judicial circuit, county, municipality, or political subdivision of this State or of the United States, and their respective employees or personnel acting in their official capacity.

  • authorised agent means a passenger sales agent who has been appointed by us to represent us in the sale of air transportation on our services.

  • Supplemental Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14(a) and “Supplemental Agents” shall have the corresponding meaning.

  • Repo Custodian shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
