Process System means, collectively, all Tail Gas generating and Tail Gas combustion equipment, including, all feedstock heaters, preheaters, reactors, dryers, thermal oxidizers, and boilers, necessary for the manufacture of carbon black, at a designated Facility, except that, at Sunray, the Process System shall not include the dryers.
