  • Promontory Network will provide daytime support hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET on Processing Days (“Daytime Support Hours”).

  • Payments made by mail received at a location other than the payment address shown on the Monthly Statement may be delayed by up to five Processing Days.

Related to Processing Days

  • Processing Date means the day on which the first step of physical Processing is scheduled to occur, as identified in an Acknowledgement.

  • Business Days means Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Business Days and Hours means Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, except for holidays observed by the state of Washington.
