Procurement Sensitive Information. , as used in this Plan, shall mean any information disclosed to Boeing or to its subcontractors from another company in support of the TSAT Space Segment Program that is marked “Competition Sensitive” or “Proprietary Information” or has been identified by the discloser to be of a proprietary nature and has not been authorized by the Government or the Contractor who generated the information as authorized for public release.
