All Persons with access to the Producer Contracts or Carrier Contracts or any commercially sensitive information relating to the business of the Companies and the Company Subsidiaries have signed an agreement to keep such information confidential in favor of the Companies or the Company Subsidiaries, which agreement is valid and in full force and effect.
The list of contracts described on the attached Exhibit C is a complete, true and correct list of all Dedicated Producer Contracts in effect as of the date hereof.
