Producer Contracts definition

Producer Contracts means any written contract or agreement entered into by any Target Entity with respect to the Business and the solicitation and sale of Vehicle Service Contracts.
Producer Contracts means Broker Contracts and Client Company Contracts.
Producer Contracts means those contracts listed in Section 5.5(b) of the Disclosure Letter.
