Producer’s Gas definition
Producer’s Gas means all of the Gas owned or controlled by Producer that is produced from the Dedicated Area and delivered to Processor under this Agreement.
Producer’s Gas means all Gas owned or controlled by Producers or their Affiliates and produced from or otherwise attributable to the Springridge Dedicated Properties. As used in this definition and except as otherwise provided in the following sentence, the phrase “controlled by” refers to Gas owned by Persons other than Producers or their Affiliates and produced from Producer ▇▇▇▇▇ in the Springridge AMI during the period that one or more of Producers or their Affiliates has the contractual right (pursuant to a marketing, agency, operating, unit or similar agreement) to market such Gas; and if for any reason the contractual right of Producers or their Affiliates to market any such Gas (the “subject Gas”) terminates or expires, then the subject Gas shall cease to constitute Producers’ Gas upon such termination or expiration. The phrase “controlled by” does not refer to, and Producers’ Gas does not include, Gas owned by Persons other than Producers or their Affiliates and produced from Producer Non-Operated ▇▇▇▇▇; except that if (i) such Gas becomes controlled by Producers under a marketing, agency, operating, unit, or similar arrangement, and (ii) such Gas is received by Gatherer at the Springridge Receipt Points, then such Gas shall be deemed to be Producers’ Gas under this Agreement.
Producer’s Gas. (a) as to the Total Parties has the meaning provided in the Total Agreement and (b) as to the CHK Parties has the meaning provided in the CHK Agreement.
Examples of Producer’s Gas in a sentence
The volume of Producer’s Gas that is to be entitled to Services that are accorded the highest priority with respect to capacity allocations, interruptions, or curtailments.
Gatherer will have the right to commingle the Dedicated Production received in the System with Other Producer’s Gas.
Throughout the term of this Agreement, the Parties agree to work together to refine and improve the scheduling, nominating, and balancing procedures applicable to Producer’s Gas to accommodate the Receiving Transporter’s nomination procedures (or changes to such procedures) and the operational requirements of both Gatherer and Producer.
Producer shall make, or cause to be made, all necessary arrangements with other pipelines or third parties at or upstream of the Receipt Points and at or downstream of the Delivery Points to effect Gatherer’s receipt and delivery of Producer’s Gas.
Each Party shall give the other Party timely prior Notice, sufficient to meet the requirements of the Receiving Transporter involved in the transaction, of the quantities of Producer’s Gas to be delivered to the Delivery Points each Day.
More Definitions of Producer’s Gas
Producer’s Gas means the Dedicated Reserves committed hereunder by Producer.
Producer’s Gas means all Gas owned or controlled by Producers or their Affiliates and produced from or otherwise attributable to the Dedicated Properties. As used in this definition and except as otherwise provided in the following sentence, the phrase “controlled by” refers to Gas owned by Persons other than Producers or their Affiliates and produced from Producer ▇▇▇▇▇ in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or the Midcon AMI or any Producer Well comprising a part of Producers’ Remaining Properties during the period that one or more of Producers or their Affiliates has the contractual right (pursuant to a marketing, agency, operating, unit or similar agreement) to market such Gas; and if for any reason the contractual right of Producers or their Affiliates to market any such Gas (the “subject Gas”) terminates or expires, then the subject Gas shall cease to constitute Producers’ Gas upon such termination or expiration. The phrase “controlled by” does not refer to, and Producers’ Gas does not include, Gas owned by Persons other than Producers or their Affiliates and produced from Producer Non-Operated ▇▇▇▇▇; except that if (i) due to a default by the Total Parties under the Total Agreement or otherwise Gatherer does not receive and gather Gas of the Total Parties under the Total Agreement, (ii) such Gas becomes controlled by Producers under a marketing, agency, operating, unit, or similar arrangement, and (iii) such Gas is received by Gatherer at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Receipt Points, then such Gas shall be deemed to be Producers’ Gas under this Agreement.
Producer’s Gas shall have the meaning ascribed thereto as set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Producer’s Gas means Gas owned or controlled by Producer (including lift gas attributable to Gas owned or controlled by Producer) lawfully produced from ▇▇▇▇▇ now or hereafter drilled on the lands within the Gathering Area or lands, areas, or leases pooled or unitized therewith).
Producer’s Gas shall not include gas that is subject to pre-existing commitments as listed on Exhibit E or addressed herein.
Producer’s Gas means all Gas tendered under this Agreement by Producer to the Receipt Point(s) for gathering and related services hereunder.
Producer’s Gas means all gas produced from w▇▇▇▇ located in the Ada Field, as herein defined, in which Producer now owns or hereafter acquires an ownership interest or which Producer now has or hereafter acquires the right to sell or the right to control the gathering thereof; provided, however, there shall not be included within such terms any gas which Producer has, prior to June 1, 1987, dedicated or committed to third parties by contracts which prevent Producer from performing hereunder with respect to such gas, it being further provided that such committed or dedicated gas shall be included within such terms upon the termination of such contracts or other release therefrom.
