Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

Delivery Points means such point(s) as are agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

Examples of Delivery Points in a sentence

Purchaser may effectuate an exchange of Delivery Points for Gas purchased under this Agreement on a daily or Monthly basis under Section 24.2 or Section 24.3; provided, however, that any failure by a third party to perform its obligations under any such exchange arrangement shall not relieve Purchaser of its obligations under this Agreement.
