Product Delivery definition

Product Delivery has the meaning given in Section 2.4.
Product Delivery means the transfer of risk and title to Product from the Exporter to the Marketer. REFINER means InterOil Limited.

More Definitions of Product Delivery

Product Delivery. Date shall mean the date for delivering the Product Unit(s) as specified by Voltaire in the Product Purchase Order.
