Product Development Plans definition

Product Development Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2.
Product Development Plans means the development plans to be prepared upon Product Selection under any Program for the further Development of a Product, as set forth in Section 5.3.

  • Such quantities of the Licensed Product and the schedule of such supply shall be confirmed by the JSC and consistent with the Initial Global Product Development Plan and subsequent Global Product Development Plans.

  • Sanofi will provide to Regulus a copy of the final draft of the Product Development Plans and IPPs (original and updates) for each of the U.S., each Major European Country and Japan, if available.

  • Subject to Targacept’s right to receive the funding described in Section 6.4, each Party shall be solely responsible for paying the salaries, benefits and all other costs and expenses of its employees and the fees and all other costs and expenses payable to any consultants or Third Party contractors, in each case conducting its activities under Product Development Plans.

  • The Product Development Plan(s) will set forth the following: (i) specific types of products for potential inclusion of the Selected Compound(s); (ii) specific countries of potential interest for commercialization of Products; (iii) prioritization of Products and countries for development and commercialization; and (iv) a development plan timeline including plans for Product formulation, manufacturing and consumer acceptance testing.

  • The JDC shall be a subcommittee of the JSC and shall be responsible for implementing the Lead Product Development Plans and Collaboration Product Development Plan subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Product Development Plans

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Clinical Studies means any clinical studies of a Licensed Product conducted on humans.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an of this Agreement, "New Product" or "New Products" shall mean any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Timelines means the dates set out in Appendix 2 hereto as may be amended by agreement between the Parties and Timeline shall mean any one of such dates.
