Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.
MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.
Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.
Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.
Product Know-How means Know-How to the extent related to the properties, manufacture or use of any products.
SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.
Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;
Product name means the name of the commercial feed which identifies it as to kind, class, or specific use.
Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.
Supplier Background IPR means Intellectual Property Rights owned by the Supplier before the Call Off Commencement Date, for example those subsisting in the Supplier's standard development tools, program components or standard code used in computer programming or in physical or electronic media containing the Supplier's Know-How or generic business methodologies; and/or Intellectual Property Rights created by the Supplier independently of this Call Off Contract,
Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.
Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.
Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.
Core Curriculum Content Standards means the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.
SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.
Defective Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

License Type means the identification of whether the license for a Software Product is for a Perpetual Term or Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.
Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.
Manufacturing Know-How means all information, techniques, inventions, discoveries, improvements, practices, methods, knowledge, skill, experience and other technology, whether or not patentable or copyrightable, and any copyrights based thereon, relating to or necessary or useful for the production, purification, packaging, storage and transportation of Collaboration Products, including without limitation specifications, acceptance criteria, manufacturing batch records, standard operating procedures, engineering plans, installation, operation and process qualification protocols for equipment, validation records, master files submitted to the FDA, process validation reports, environmental monitoring processes, test data including pharmacological, toxicological and clinical test data, cost data and employee training materials.
Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.
Product Category means the applicable category which best describes the product as listed in this Section 94508.
