Product Flaw definition
Product Flaw means any deviation in Product performance from the intended function. Buyer hereby grants to Supplier a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, execute, perform, copy, reproduce, modify and make derivative works of and distribute the Jointly Owned Derivative Works.
