Product Licence definition

Product Licence means the licence granted to Dyax pursuant to Clause 2 of this Agreement.
Product Licence means any product licence, marketing authorisation or other authorisation(s) required for the Development, Commercialisation, clinical investigation, import or export of the Products in the Territory.
Product Licence means the Product Licence signed by Xxxxxxxxx and the Licensee attached to these terms;

  • Removal of plant material requires a Forest Product Licence, and or a Permit to Collect Plants, which is reviewed annually.

  • The term ‘special’ can be applied to any Medicinal Product, as defined by the Medicines Act 1968, that does not hold a full Marketing Authorisation (MA) or Product Licence (PL) or European Medicines Evaluation Authority Licence (EMEA).

Product Licence means a product licence within the meaning of paragraph 2(1) (product licences) of Schedule 32 to the Human Medicines Regulations;
