Product Line TTL means the registered trademark, and the unregistered product name and the related logo of each of the products contained under CIT’s Current Product Lines, as detailed in the Camtek Trademark and Tradename Transfer and License Agreement, which are contemplated, according to the Transaction Agreements, to be transferred to CIT.
