Product Manufacturing definition

Product Manufacturing means the Manufacture of CAR-T Cells and CAR-NK Cells (as applicable), which are made from a CD34 Composition Manufactured using a Master iPSC Bank, through the practice of the Product Process. For clarity, Product Manufacturing does not include iPSC Generation, Cell Bank Process, or CD34 Composition Manufacturing.
