Concurrently with the submission and establishment of Product Plans and Budgets for the Early Stage Development to be conducted under the Early Stage Development Program in accordance with Section 3.4 above, RPRP shall submit to the Development Committee an outline of the Product Plan and Budget for Later Stage Clinical Development for each Collaboration Product in North America.
