Product Recipes definition

Product Recipes means all of the recipes, ingredients lists, blends, mixing instructions and processes used in or to manufacture any food or beverage products.

Examples of Product Recipes in a sentence

  • All Product Recipes for Company Products designated gluten-free are such that if any product is manufactured in accordance with the applicable Product Recipe, the resulting manufactured product would contain less than twenty (20) parts per million of gluten.

  • Each such product, including all Inventory, has been manufactured, packaged, labeled, marketed, sold and/or distributed in compliance in all material respects with all such applicable Product Recipes, and each such product (including all Inventory) designated gluten-free contains less than twenty (20) parts per million of gluten.

  • For clarity the Recipe Catalog excludes Recipe Customization options for Recipe Unit Products provided that the Recipe Customization draws from a Recipe Ingredient that is already included in other Product Recipes used in the menu rotation for that week, where a “Recipe Customization” is a replacement of one Recipe Ingredient for another Recipe Ingredient at a Consumer’s request (e.g., chicken instead of pork).

  • Each Company Product, including all Inventory, has been manufactured, packaged, labeled, marketed, sold and/or distributed in compliance in all material respects with all such applicable Product Recipes, and each such products (including all Inventory) designated gluten-free contains less than twenty (20) parts per million of gluten.

  • The printed Product Recipes will be designed and ordered by Blue Apron and delivered to FreshRealm by no later than the [**] prior to the following week’s cycle in accordance with Blue Apron’s weekly menu, provided, however, that the Parties may mutually agree to transition the printing of Product Recipes to FreshRealm to be provided as a Manufacturer Material using Digital Files provided by Blue Apron.

Related to Product Recipes

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Product Labeling means (a) the full prescribing information for the Product approved by the applicable Regulatory Authority, and (b) all labels and other written, printed or graphic information included in or placed upon any container, wrapper or package insert used with or for the Product.

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate) meets 1 or more of the following:

  • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • Company Products means all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary and all products or services currently under development by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Manufacturing Know-How means, with respect to the Product or any Variant thereof, the technology, data, designs, processes, methods, specifications and other know-how used in connection with the formulation, manufacture, labeling, packaging, quality control, release testing, and production of the Product, and all ingredients used therein and portions thereof.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an of this Agreement, "New Product" or "New Products" shall mean any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient or “API” means the active pharmaceutical substance of the Drug in bulk form prior to incorporation into the Product.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Company Product means any product or service designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, licensed, or sold at any time by the Company.

  • Active Ingredient means the clinically active material(s) that provide pharmacological activity in a pharmaceutical product (excluding formulation components such as coatings, stabilizers, excipients or solvents, adjuvants or controlled release technologies).
