Product SKU definition

Product SKU means the specific Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) number for a given Product supplied for sale in a given country or region in the applicable Territory, in each case, as such SKU number may be updated from time to time.

Examples of Product SKU in a sentence

  • If the sale price of a Product within a reporting period has not changed, you can report net sales (sales net of returns) for the period by the Product SKU on a single sales document.

  • If CCR wishes to change the sourcing of any Product SKU from a Bottler production center (including Bottler VAFs) to a CCR Production Center (including CCR VAFs), or vice versa, such change would require the consent of Bottler.

  • For an existing Product SKU: In the event of a shortage of an existing Product SKU (with capacity determined on a national basis), there will be a fair and equitable process based on the annual historical total case volume percentage of all bottlers for the constrained SKU for the previous calendar year applied to the available supply of the constrained SKU, considering only the bottlers requiring the SKU that is in short supply.

  • Following the Exclusivity Period (and during the Exclusivity Period, with respect to Product SKU quantities in excess of the Exclusive Purchase Requirement in accordance with the preceding sentence), nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Customer or any of its Affiliates from manufacturing Product for itself, or having Product manufactured by a Third Party, including in amounts in addition to the Purchase Orders for Product issued to Manufacturer in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Final Product means a reasonably homogenous cannabis product in its final packaged form created using the same standard operating procedures and the same formulation.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.
