Product SKU definition

Product SKU means the specific Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) number for a given Product supplied for sale in a given country or region in the applicable Territory, in each case, as such SKU number may be updated from time to time.
Product SKU means each individual cannula type listed on Exhibit A hereto, and more fully described in the Specifications for such cannula type.
Product SKU means a unique stock-keeping unit that is assigned to each packaging configuration and concentration of the Product. 1.29 “Proprietary Information” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(a). 1.30 “Purchase Order(s)” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a). 1.31 “Raw Materials” means excipient ingredients, plastic resin, foil overwrap, and other components, including all supplies, packaging, and Shipping Materials, but excluding API, necessary to manufacture, package, store and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications. 1.32 “Recall” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.6. 1.33 “Receiving Party” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(a). 1.34 “Regulatory Authority” means any governmental regulatory authority within a Territory involved in regulating any aspect of the Manufacturing, development, manufacture, market approval, sale, distribution, packaging, or use of the Product. 1.35 “Renewal Term” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1. 1.36 “Representative(s)” means the respective employees, directors, officers, consultants, agents, representatives, and advisors of a Party hereto. 1.37 “Ritedose Background IP” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.4(c). 1.38 “Ritedose Indemnitees” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.2. 1.39 “Ritedose Manufacturing Warranties” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3. 1.40 “Ritedose Materials” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.4(c). 1.41 “Rolling Forecast” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).

Examples of Product SKU in a sentence

  • If the sale price of a Product within a reporting period has not changed, you can report net sales (sales net of returns) for the period by the Product SKU on a single sales document.

  • If an existing Product SKU Rolling Forecast is required, then Purchaser will provide the Rolling Forecast as described in the SLA (Exhibit C).

  • The Parties will determine if a Rolling Forecast for an existing Product SKU is required.

  • If CCR wishes to change the sourcing of any Product SKU from a Bottler production center (including Bottler VAFs) to a CCR Production Center (including CCR VAFs), or vice versa, such change would require the consent of Bottler.

  • The Warranty Period for each Product sold to a business end user shall be as detailed in the relevant Product purchase order confirmation on a per individual Product (SKU) basis but, in the event that such Warranty Period is not specified in the order confirmation, the Warranty Period shall be 12 (twelve) months on all Products from the date of purchase by the business end user, including any demonstration Products.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by means of an order confirmation on a per individual Product (SKU) basis, the Products will benefit from Dell‟s standard contractual Warranty (also being in compliance with mandatory legislation for sale of Products (including services) to business customers) in line with Dell‟s standard warranty service descriptions which can be found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/support/, depending upon the country to which the Product was shipped and the location of the business end user.

  • During the Exclusivity Period, on a Product SKU-by-Product SKU and country-by-country basis within the applicable Territory, Customer shall purchase from Manufacturer, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at least the Exclusive Purchase Requirement of its requirements for such Product SKU in such country; provided, however, that In-Flight or Shared Volume Products shall be excluded from the exclusivity requirements set forth in this Section 2.1(e)(i).
