Production Articles definition

Production Articles means those completed assemblies defined and configured, including SCD Products, as set forth in SBP Attachment 1 and 2 "Production Article Definition and Contract Change Notices" for the Program Airplane and any Derivative, and not including Products or Production Articles used for modification or retrofit of previously delivered Program Airplanes, except as provided in SBP Section 4.3.1. Purchases of Parts or Production Articles for modifications or retrofits, other than those described in Section 4.3.1, shall be governed by SBP number SBP-6-5118-AEC-016.

Examples of Production Articles in a sentence

  • In such event, Boeing may, in its reasonable discretion, also cancel this Agreement and the SBP in whole or in part, provided however, that prior to any such cancellation, Boeing shall have first consulted with Spirit and Boeing shall have reasonably determined that the anticipated future duration of such Excusable Delay would be longer than the time it will take to develop, and obtain Production Articles from, an alternate source.

  • Seller will revise and maintain the Tool and production planning as required to support the production of Production Articles and Spare Parts.

  • Seller will provide the Production Articles specified in SBP Attachment 1 in accordance with the delivery schedules set forth in the applicable release orders.

  • Seller shall purchase material, standards and purchased parts and authorize fabrication and assembly of Production Articles in accordance with Incremental Release Schedules.

  • At the end of such [*****] day period, absent such agreement, if Boeing reasonably determines the Parties are unlikely to reach a mutually agreeable recovery plan, Boeing may, by giving a Cancellation Notice to Spirit, immediately cancel any Order, including but not limited to Orders for Production Articles, this Agreement or the SBP, in whole or in part, and Boeing shall not be required after delivery of such Cancellation Notice to accept the tender by Spirit of any Products subject to such cancellation.

  • Seller shall develop production plans and schedules for any new Production Articles based on SBP Attachment 19, as requested by Spirit.
