Production Estimate definition

Production Estimate has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
Production Estimate means the Supplier’s total forecasted amount of milk it expects to supply for each month of a season; and Reference Schedule means the schedule of details so entitled and set out at the front of this document. Season means the 12-month period commencing from each 1 July through to the next 30 June.
Production Estimate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(e).

Examples of Production Estimate in a sentence

  • Should any such temporary release from dedication expire, then, upon such expiration, the then-applicable MVC shall be proportionately increased by the portion of the applicable Dedicated Production Estimate that is no longer released from dedication hereunder.

  • Following Year 2016, the MVCs with respect to each Subsystem for any Quarter occurring in the then-subsequent three Year period shall be equal to 80% of the applicable Dedicated Production Estimate for such Quarter and such Subsystem contained in the then-currently agreed Development Plan.

  • At all such meetings, the Parties shall exchange updated information about the plans for the development and expansion of the properties producing the then-existing System Production Estimate, including amendments to the then-currently agreed Development Plan, and the Gathering System, including amendments to the then-currently agreed Gathering System Plan and then-current System Budget, and shall have the opportunity to discuss and provide comments on the other Party’s plans.

  • Should any Dedicated Production be released (either permanently or temporarily) from the dedication contained in this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.3, the then-applicable MVC shall be proportionately reduced by the portion of the then-current Dedicated Production Estimate so released.

  • The specified requirements for the first two weeks of each Production Estimate Period will constitute Firm Orders (as defined below), but the subsequent six weeks will be deemed to be estimates only.

  • It is the sole responsibility of Provider to ensure that the sizing of the total installed system capacity at the Site (kW DC/kW AC) achieves the Annual Production Estimate per Solar Facility.

  • Section 4.4(c)), the then-applicable MVC shall be proportionately reduced by the portion of the then-current Dedicated Production Estimate so released.
