Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;
exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990; S. 3(1) def. of "fish" inserted by No. 40/2002 s. 3(a).
Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.
Distribution Licence means a licence issued under section 6(c) of the Electricity Xxx 0000;
Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;
FCC License means a License issued or granted by the FCC.
Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Standard Body necessary for the manufacture, development, distribution, use storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.
Transmission Licence means a licence granted under section 6(1)(b) of the Act;
Terrestrial means to live on or grow from land.
operating licence means an authorisation granted by the competent licensing authority to an undertaking, permitting it to provide air services as stated in the operating licence;
Distribution Licensee means a licensee authorised to operate and maintain a distribution system for supplying electricity to the consumers in his area of supply;

Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.
FCC Licenses means broadcasting and other licenses, authorizations, waivers and permits which are issued from time to time by the FCC.
Inbound Licenses means, collectively, any Contract (including covenants not to xxx) or other permission pursuant to which Seller is authorized or otherwise permitted to access or exploit any other Person’s IP, or any Contract pursuant to which Seller obtains a right to access or exploit a Person’s IP in the form of commercially available object code software or services, such as a software as a services Contract or a cloud services Contract.
WTO GPA country end product means an article that—
network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 8 of the Railways Act l993;
Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property in which the Company holds any rights or interests granted by other Persons, including Seller or any of its Affiliates.
Development Approvals means all permits and other entitlements for use subject to approval or issuance by CITY in connection with development of the Property including, but not limited to:
(a) general plan, general plan amendments, specific plans and specific plan amendments;
(b) tentative and final subdivision and parcel maps;
(c) conditional use permits and master plans;
(d) zoning, zoning map amendments, and zoning text amendments; and,
(e) grading and building permits.
Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.
Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.
exclusive licence means a licence from the proprietor of or applicant for a patent conferring on the licensee, or on him and persons authorised by him, to the exclusion of all other persons (including the proprietor or applicant), any right in respect of the invention to which the patent or application relates, and “exclusive licensee” and “non-exclusive licence” shall be construed accordingly;
Company IP Licenses (other than “shrink wrap,” “click wrap,” and “off the shelf” software agreements and other agreements for Software commercially available on reasonable terms to the public generally with license, maintenance, support and other fees of less than $5,000 per year (collectively, “Off-the-Shelf Software Agreements”), which are not required to be listed, although such licenses are “Company IP Licenses” as that term is used herein), under which a Target Company is a licensee or otherwise is authorized to use or practice any Intellectual Property, and describes (A) the applicable Intellectual Property licensed, sublicensed or used and (B) any royalties, license fees or other compensation due from a Target Company, if any. Each Target Company owns, free and clear of all Liens (other than Permitted Liens), has valid and enforceable rights in, and has the unrestricted right to use, sell, license, transfer or assign, all Intellectual Property currently used, licensed or held for use by such Target Company, and previously used or licensed by such Target Company, except for the Intellectual Property that is the subject of the Company IP Licenses. For each Patent and Patent application in the Company Registered IP, the Target Companies have obtained valid assignments of inventions from each inventor. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.13(a)(iii), all Company Registered IP is owned exclusively by the applicable Target Company without obligation to pay royalties, licensing fees or other fees, or otherwise account to any third party with respect to such Company Registered IP.
class licence means a licence, as distinct from an individual licence, issued on the same terms to each applicant of a category of users in respect of the operation of a type of telecommunications network or telecommunications service;
Station means an area served by one valve or by a set of valves that operate simultaneously.
Transmission License means the license granted by the Appropriate Commission in terms of the relevant regulations for grant of such license issued under The Electricity Act, 2003;
