Production Suite means the plant, equipment, and other physical assets of Solvay sufficient for the manufacture of an annual unit amount [*] of Bulk Product through a complete production cycle. A complete production cycle is considered to start with [*] and end with [*]. A Production Suite shall be considered "New" until, for the first two New Production Suites, the [*] and for additional New Production Suites, the end of the [*] following a request by COR, duly accepted by Solvay, for the establishment of such New Production Suite pursuant to Article 2.3.

  • If CBSW is unable to provide the Custom Production Suite, the Construction Fee will be refunded to Client in full.

  • Such plans will include an estimate of costs relating to the construction and validation of the Custom Production Suite.

  • Client will relinquish all rights to use the Phase I Production Suite upon completion of such relocation.
