Profession or discipline means a specific occupational category that:
Profession or discipline means a specific occupational category that provides special education and related services to special education children and youth under Part B of the IDEA, has been established or designated by the state, and has a required scope of responsibility and degree of supervision, and is not limited to traditional occupational categories;
Profession or discipline means a specific occupational category that provides early intervention services to children eligible under this chapter and their families, has been established or designated by the department, and has a required scope of responsibility and degree of supervision.
